Registration
The cost of the conference is $495 per person. This tuition covers all regular conference sessions and materials, lunch each day, and morning and afternoon refreshment breaks. Two pre-conference workshops are being offered on Monday, February 23rd at a cost of $75 per person. A light meal will be served during the workshop.
Participants who register before December 15 will receive a $100 "Early Bird" Discount.
For every four paid registrations, institutions may send a fifth conference attendee for FREE. The person utilizing the complimentary registration should select the “payment by check” option in the online registration form and indicate this status in the notes section of the form.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds will be issued only if cancellations are received before January 23, 2009.
