A SEM Works consultant will conduct a comprehensive review of institutional trend data, peer institution information, survey data, publications and Web sites, strategic plans, enrollment plans, and organizational charts. Following the review, we'll dedicate 3 to 5 days on-site for a penetrating audit of operations. Our site visit includes direct observations of operations as well as interviews with student focus groups and with staff members and those they serve.

At the end of the audit, SEM Works will present an executive briefing on-site of preliminary findings. Within 2 weeks following the site visit, a detailed webinar report with prioritized recommendations will be presented to you. Ongoing consulting assistance with planning and implementation is available upon request. Coaching services are also available.
