Institutional branding can breathe life into your enrollment management goals. The institutional branding project consists of an image study among prospective high school students, their parents, prospective adult learners, and current students along with other constituent groups identified by the client. A competitor analysis also may be included to assess competitor strengths and weaknesses and identify potential market niches. Based on findings from the image study, the competitor analysis, your institution's mission and strengths, and environmental factors (such as demographic and economic trends), SEM Works will create a dynamic and thorough branding strategy for your institution.
At the end of the review, SEM Works will present an executive briefing on-site of preliminary findings. Within 2 weeks following the site visit, a detailed webinar report with prioritized recommendations will be presented to you.
