SEM Works will share the expertise we've gained over many years focusing on the challenge of retaining high-risk students. Our enrollment management consultants will help you in developing interventions for students likely to drop-out or transfer. We also will assist you in developing and managing high-risk institutional experiences. The student retention audit will consist of a review of existing retention strategies and related data. In addition, we will assess the degree to which conditions for student success exist. Interviews with campus constituent groups will occur over 3 days on campus.
At the end of the audit, SEM Works will present an executive briefing on-site of preliminary findings. Within 2 weeks following the site visit, a detailed webinar report with prioritized recommendations will be presented to you. Ongoing consulting assistance with planning and implementation is available upon request. Coaching services are also available.
