Your institution will receive a customized audit that includes an evaluation of organizational structure, operational practices, infrastructure, space utilization, staffing patterns, and performance measures (from response time to student satisfaction.) SEM Works' enrollment management consultants also share best practices for integrating and streamlining services. We specialize in the creation of one-stop and virtual student services as well as process reengineering and student satisfaction assessment.
Our 3- to 4-day site visit will involve interviews with service providers and those they serve. Prior to the visit, your consultant will review satisfaction and service data, workflow analysis, organizational charts, and facility renderings.
At the end of the review, SEM Works will present an executive briefing on-site of preliminary findings. Within 2 weeks following the site visit, a detailed webinar report with prioritized recommendations will be presented to you. Ongoing consulting assistance with planning and implementation is available upon request. Coaching services are also available.
